Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) is seeking a Store Controller to oversee financial activities across the store network, ensuring discipline and compliance with company policies while aligning store results with business goals.

You will manage store budgets, prepare P&L and balance sheets, monitor cash flow, and provide actionable insights to drive profitability, collaborating closely with store managers and regional finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in store-level financial management or similar roles.
• Preferably a CPA or CMA certification.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Reporting: record, reconcile, and report store transactions and P&L.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: develop annual budgets aligned with sales targets.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: enforce controls and support audits.
• Financial Analysis & Performance Monitoring: track KPIs, analyze variances, and identify improvements.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: work with store ops, procurement, and merchandising on financials.
• Performance Evaluation & Recommendations: assess store profitability and advise on improvements.
