Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) seeks an Accounting Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day accounting for a marketing company under the General Accounting Manager.

You will oversee affiliates’ accounting, perform projections and budgeting, prepare financial statements and reports, and support proposals. You will lead the accounting team, ensure compliance with government reporting and statutory obligations, and coordinate audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Accountancy, CPA license preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Experience in a related industry preferred.
• Solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), NIRC, BIR regulations, SEC memoranda, and PEZA regulations.
• Develops/maintains systems or processes for collecting, analyzing and reporting information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Apps Script; Excel Macro familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial statements, including posting entries and coordinating reports.
• Manage VAT returns and quarterly/annual income tax computations; ensure statutory reporting to BIR, SEC, and PEZA.
• Review accounts payable processes, vendor billings, and subcontractor timekeeping.
• Lead the accounting team to enforce policies and drive reporting improvements.
