Qualifications

Five years of experience in retail operations (Fresh Operations) or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and growth of the Fresh Department.
Oversee SOPs to optimize fresh category operations and ensure food safety compliance.
Lead operational planning for new store openings, renovations, and format enhancements.
Drive cross-functional collaborations with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and marketing to improve Fresh Department performance.
Build and develop a high-performing Fresh Operations team through coaching and succession planning.
Monitor KPIs related to sales, margins, and expenses to drive financial performance.
