Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) is seeking a highly skilled Sales Accountant to manage sales data across multiple systems, reconcile deposits, and prepare detailed reports for management.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Accountancy (CPA a plus) with at least 3 years in sales accounting, and proficiency in SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite, plus advanced Excel skills. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy and strong communication within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales data handling, reconciliation, and reporting
• Familiarity with POS, cash deposits, and sales-related accounting processes
• CPA or degree in Accountancy with relevant accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile a high volume of sales data across systems (Sales System, POS, cash deposits/online transactions)
• Coordinate with banks for cash deposit discrepancies and schedule updates
• Record sales journal entries and reconcile petty cash expenses
• Prepare and analyze sales reports for management
• Handle e-sales reconciliation, PTU monitoring, and related registrations
