Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) is seeking a qualified professional to identify suitable store locations and negotiate favorable rents. The role requires coordinating construction works and ensuring adherence to company standards across multiple projects.

You will manage contract negotiations, arrange legal approvals, and collaborate with regional management to optimize store layouts and logistics. A related degree and 5 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in site acquisition, lease negotiation, and property development, preferably in retail or trading companies.
• Experience in coordinating construction projects and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to evaluate site potential and reject unsuitable offers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Find as many suitable locations as possible.
• Negotiate lowest possible rents with favorable rental contracts.
• Identify and suggest suitable store locations according to company definitions and conditions.
• Negotiate rental terms and conditions and prepare contracts.
• Decide on locations and offers from landlords and reject unsuitable ones.
• Follow up rent contract durations.
• Ensure extension of contracts or timely relocation to new stores.
• Arrange all legal authorization procedures for opening and operating stores.
• Arrange construction works according to the construction manual.
• Suggest architects and construction companies suitable for the company.
• Ensure construction works and materials conform to company standards.
• Monitor compliance of constructors with contracts and report irregularities to Regional Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Area Managers and Logistics Manager on store size, layouts and truck access.
