Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) seeks a Management Accounting Associate Lead to drive costing, FP&A, and leadership of the finance function in our retail import operations.

You will develop landed cost methodologies, conduct COGS and margin analyses by product line and region, and build scalable budgeting models to support strategic initiatives. The role requires a CPA/CMA, 5+ years in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and hands-on ERP/BI experience to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA/CMA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
• With at least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, ideally with a managerial FP&A or Management Accounting role with a primary focus on costing.
• Direct experience in a retail, distribution, or importing company is highly preferred. Must have hands-on experience with international supply chain costing (Landed Cost).
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar) and business intelligence/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance leaders

Responsibilities

• Costing & Margin Analysis: Develop and implement a robust product costing methodology for all imported inventory, capturing landed cost elements.
• COGS analysis and cost efficiency improvements across supply chain.
• Gross margin analysis by product line, channel, and region for pricing and cost reduction.
• Model financial impact of supply chain strategies with sourcing and logistics teams.
