Job summary

Gigahertz Computer Systems is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee store operations in the Branch Manager's absence and support achieving store targets. You will work with sales staff to meet individual and store goals, handle escalations, maintain inventory and provide regular product training.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to train and motivate staff across shifts, including nights and weekends. This position is based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership or management experience.
• Willing to work all shifts including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and customers.
• Ability to train and develop sales staff and build relationships.
• Able to be on feet for most of the day on the store floor.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Aim to hit overall targets when the Branch Manager is away.
• Assist Branch Manager to meet individual store goals.
• Handle irate customers and escalate concerns properly.
• Maintain complete stock and daily inventory updates for staff.
• Conduct regular product training for new store products and staff.
