Gigahertz is looking for a Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales performance through excellent customer service, operational excellence, and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 3+ years in store/retail leadership roles such as Store Manager or Sales Manager.
• Strong retail operations, sales management, customer service and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to hit individual and store targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a consistent in-store experience.
• Monitor store performance using key metrics: sales, conversion, productivity, compliance.
• Implement company policies, SOPs and merchandising standards.
• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, store appearance, and efficiency.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with Head Office on performance and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a consistent in-store customer experience.
• Monitor store performance through key metrics such as sales, conversion, productivity, and operational compliance.
• Implement company policies, operational procedures, and merchandising standards.
• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, store appearance, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with the Head Office regarding store performance and operational concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in retail operations, sales management, customer service, and people leadership.
• Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, telecommunications, fashion, FMCG, QSR, or BPO operations is an advantage.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work in Fairview Area
