Job summary

Fuzhen Engineering Design Services is seeking an experienced Stone Drafter in the Philippines to prepare detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and fabrication details for stone cladding and related architectural works.

You will develop facade, elevation, and section drawings, read architectural and structural drawings, and coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings meet client requirements and deadlines. A degree in Architecture is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Stone drafter with experience in facade and architectural detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of shop drawings and cutting lists is preferred.
• Experience with stone cladding projects and international clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed stone shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop stone cladding, facade, elevation, and section drawings.
• Prepare cutting lists and fabrication details for stone components.
• Ensure drawings meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with project team and revise drawings per comments.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Stone Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and cutting lists for stone cladding and related architectural works.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed stone shop drawings using AutoCAD

• Develop stone cladding, facade, elevation, and section drawings

• Prepare accurate stone cutting lists and fabrication details

• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings

• Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings meet project requirements

• Revise drawings based on client and consultant comments

• Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule

About you

• Experience as a Stone Drafter, Facade Drafter, or Architectural Drafter

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings

• Knowledge of shop drawings and cutting lists

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience with stone cladding, facade systems, or architectural detailing is preferred

• A degree in Architecture is an advantage

• Experience working with international projects or Singapore-based clients is an advantage
