• Proven experience as a 2D/3D Drafter, Architectural Drafter, 3D Visualiser, or similar role.
• Strong 2D drafting ability and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and detailed 2D technical drawings.
• Develop detailed 3D models based on designs, plans, and concepts.
• Produce realistic and photorealistic 3D renderings.
• Create floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and other technical drawings.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, finishes, and details to 3D models.
• Interpret concepts and translate them into drawings and models.
• Make revisions based on project requirements and feedback.
• Ensure drawings and renderings meet quality and project standards.

2D & 3D Drafter / 3D Rendering Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Drafter / 3D Rendering Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills combined with the ability to create high-quality, realistic 3D renderings and visualisations.

You should be comfortable taking concepts, sketches, or existing plans and turning them into accurate 2D technical drawings, detailed 3D models, and realistic visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and detailed 2D technical drawings
• Develop detailed 3D models based on designs, plans, and concepts
• Produce realistic and photorealistic 3D renderings
• Create floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and other technical drawings
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, finishes, and details to 3D models
• Interpret architectural/design concepts and translate them into accurate drawings and models
• Make revisions based on project requirements and feedback
• Ensure drawings and renderings meet quality and project standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a 2D/3D Drafter, Architectural Drafter, 3D Visualiser, or similar role
• Strong 2D drafting ability
• Strong 3D modelling ability
• Proven ability to produce realistic 3D renderings
• Good understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, scale, and spatial relationships
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and visual presentation
• Ability to work from sketches, concepts, floor plans, and design specifications
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Software

Experience with professional CAD, 3D modelling, and rendering software is required.
