Job summary

Reliable Solutions International OPC is seeking an experienced Draftsperson for full-time employment in the Philippines. The role focuses on architectural drafting, shop drawings, and coordination with project teams to deliver precise technical drawings and reliable fabrication documentation.

Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting or related field, with at least 5 years in modeling and sheet metal design, and a strong background in facade systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting / Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years in modeling and sheet metal design
• Strong background in facade systems and sheet metal fabrication
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software
• Experience in preparing shop drawings for fabrication and coordination
• Knowledge of sheet metal materials, folding techniques and assembly requirements
• High attention to detail to produce accurate drawings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive with ability to work independently and in a team
• Australian projects experience is an advantage
• Strong cladding portfolio
• Willing to work in Pasig or Iloilo offices

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and technical specifications using CAD
• Create shop drawings, system designs and related tasks for shop drawings
• Prepare material take-offs
• Coordinate with project managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors to produce and alter drawings
• Assist in developing and maintaining design standards, templates, and libraries
• Provide technical support and problem-solving to contribute to project delivery

About the role

Are you an experienced Draftsperson looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural projects? We are seeking a talented Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in bringing our architectural designs to life through precise drafting and technical drawings.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed architectural drawing and technical specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software

  • shop drawings, system designs and other related task pertaining to shop drawings

  • fabrication drawings for specified parts of unitized panel

• Prepare material take off

• Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of design standards, templates, and libraries

• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by providing technical support and problem-solving expertise

What we're looking for

• Relevant diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting / Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 5 years in modeling and sheet metal design.

• Strong background in facade systems and sheet metal fabrication is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in using AutoCAD software.

• Experienced in preparing shop drawings for fabrication and coordination

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal materials, folding techniques, and assembly requirements

• High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and organized technical drawings

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
