Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Stockflow Coordinator to manage the allocation and replenishment of stock across stores, ensuring correct quantities in the right locations at the right time to maximize sales and profitability. You will coordinate with the Merchandise planning team to support buyership goals and align with the company’s cultural foundations.

You will collaborate with the Team Lead to refine processes and drive optimization of allocation and replenishment activities, requiring

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing desirable or relevant working experience.
Previous Buying Office experience, or an analytical / store role is desirable.
Strong analytical skills.
Advanced excel skills.
Strong commercial and retail knowledge.
Clear communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to meet and work to critical deadlines.
Previous experience with RDF system (Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the flow of stock via allocation (PUSH) and replenishment (PULL).
Responsible for the demand forecasting required to the flow of ‘core’ stock.
Embedding into the regular cadence of the Merchandise planning team to ensure exceptional support and delivery of buyership outcomes aligned with the company’s cultural foundations.
Work with Team Lead and Merchandise team to refine and implement continuous improvement and optimization of allocation and replenishment processes and activity
