Job summary

TL Sales and Management Services Inc. seeks a dedicated owner for priority AIOT and accessories inventory planning.

You will protect sell-out through allocation, monitoring, and weekly reporting, while recovering cash and reducing aging stock through disciplined analysis and replenishment recommendations. Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, demand-based allocations, and coordination with the AIOT Manager to drive timely launches and focus SKUs.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivots, and dashboards.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable with sell-out and inventory data.
• Good coordination and communication for cross-team alignment.
• Retail electronics inventory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end inventory planning for priority AIOT and accessories across the store network.
• Allocate and monitor stock based on demand and store performance.
• Coordinate with AIOT Manager on priorities, launches, and SKU shifts.
• Build and maintain trackers for stock on hand, aging, movement, and status.
• Provide purchase recommendations backed by sell-out and inventory analysis.
• Prepare and submit weekly AIOT and accessories reports for management.

About the role

A dedicated owner for priority AIOT and accessories will protect sell-out through proper allocation and replenishment focus, recover cash and reduce aging stock via disciplined analysis and purchase recos, speed up coordination as a point of contact for the AIOT Manager, improve management visibility through consistent weekly reporting and free up existing planners to focus on their core brands turning AIOT and accessories from a side task into a properly manager category that protects sales, recovers cash, and gives management clearer control.

JOB PURPOSE:

-Owns the end to end inventory planning for all priority AIOT and accessories across the store network - from allocation and monitoring to sell out analysis, purchase recommendations and weekly report

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. 1. Allocation - Handle allocation of all priority AIOT and accessories across stores, based on demand, stock levels and store performance.
2. 2. Coordination - Align regularly with the AIOT Manager on priorities, launches, targets and any shift in focus SKUs.
3. 3. Monitoring - Build and maintain monitoring trackers covering all AIOT and accessories (stock on hand, aging, movement, demo/ open-box status where applicable).
4. 4. Sell-out and Inventory Analysis - Analyze sell-out and inventory data (WOS, ADS, out-of-stock risks, velocity) to spot fast/slow movers and stock gaps.
5. 5. Purchase Recommendation - Recommended units to purchase or replenish, backed by the sell-out and inventory analysis.
6. 6. Weekly Reporting - Prepare and submit weekly AIOT and accessories reports for management review.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• -Strong excel skills (formulas, pivots, dashboards)
