Job summary

Satellite Office in Metro Manila is seeking a Merchandise Allocator to manage allocation and replenishment of stock by SKU at the distribution centre and retail stores. You will support the planners, analyze product flow and sales trends, and coordinate inter-store transfers to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.

The role requires merchandising allocations experience, footwear/fashion distribution knowledge, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a merchandising role.
• Sound knowledge of footwear and fashion distribution and supply principles.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate allocation and replenishment of merchandise by SKU.
• Ensure accurate model stocks in auto replenishment to reduce out-of-stocks.
• Coordinate inter-store transfers of merchandise.
• Analyse product flow and sales trends to forecast future needs.
• Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Monitor and manage receipts and deliveries into store and DC.
• Support planners in pre-season planning and grid quantifications.
