About This Role / Job Description:
The Stock Plan Administration Analyst will support the day-to-day administration of iRhythm's global equity compensation programs, helping ensure complete and accurate equity transactions, strong data integrity, timely payroll and reporting support, and high-quality employee experience. This role is part of the Equity Compensation team and will work closely with the Stock Plan Administration Lead, cross-functional partners, and external service providers to support equity awards throughout their lifecycle.
Location / Reporting:
This role is based in the Manila GBS office and reports through the Stock Plan Administration Lead, supporting global equity compensation administration and cross-functional stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Equity Administration
- Support the day-to-day administration of global equity compensation programs, including Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs"), Performance Stock Units ("PSUs"), Stock Options, Employee Stock Purchase Plans ("ESPP"), and other long-term incentive programs, as applicable.
- Process equity transactions, including grants, vesting, exercises, releases, cancellations, forfeitures, and employee terminations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain participant records within the stock administration system and perform routine reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Partner closely with the Stock Plan Administration Lead to execute grant cycles, vesting events, and other recurring equity activities.
- Coordinate with external stock plan administrators, brokerage firms, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction processing.
Controls, Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in preparing recurring and ad hoc reports for Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, and executive stakeholders.
- Support payroll tax reporting and reconciliation activities related to equity compensation.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation and supporting compliance with SOX controls and company policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality over employee, payroll, tax, compensation, and insider-related information; follow established controls and approval workflows; and promptly **escalate** exceptions, unusual transaction activity, data discrepancies, or potential compliance concerns.
- Help ensure stock plan administration activities comply with applicable securities regulations, tax requirements, and internal governance standards.
Employee & Stakeholder Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding equity awards, vesting schedules, stock transactions, and plan administration.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Stock Plan Administration Lead as appropriate.
- Support employee education initiatives by assisting with communications, FAQs, and training materials related to equity compensation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, compensation operations, payroll, finance operations, accounting, HR operations, or a related analytical and data-intensive role
- Public company experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of equity compensation, payroll taxation, SEC reporting, or financial reporting requirements.
- Exposure to RSUs, PSUs, stock options, ESPP, payroll tax, SEC reporting, and SOX controls.
