Role Description The Stock Plan Administrator is a full-time role based in the Philippines. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration of equity compensation programs, including processing grants, vesting, exercises, cancellations, and terminations for stock options, restricted stock, and employee stock purchase plans. The Stock Plan Administrator maintains accurate records in equity management systems, reconciles data with finance and payroll, and prepares reports to support financial reporting, compliance, and audit requirements. The role works closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Accounting, HR, and Legal to ensure equity plans are operated in accordance with plan documents, regulatory standards, and internal controls. The Stock Plan Administrator also responds to employee and client inquiries, supports special projects, and contributes to process improvements that enhance efficiency and data integrity.
