Job summary

Financial Intelligence is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator in the Philippines to manage day-to-day equity programs, including grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations. This role ensures accurate records in equity management systems and supports financial reporting and audits.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, HR, and Legal to uphold internal controls and regulatory standards, respond to inquiries, and drive process improvements for efficiency and data integrity.

Role Description The Stock Plan Administrator is a full-time role based in the Philippines. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration of equity compensation programs, including processing grants, vesting, exercises, cancellations, and terminations for stock options, restricted stock, and employee stock purchase plans. The Stock Plan Administrator maintains accurate records in equity management systems, reconciles data with finance and payroll, and prepares reports to support financial reporting, compliance, and audit requirements. The role works closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Accounting, HR, and Legal to ensure equity plans are operated in accordance with plan documents, regulatory standards, and internal controls. The Stock Plan Administrator also responds to employee and client inquiries, supports special projects, and contributes to process improvements that enhance efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of equity programs, including Restricted Stock and Equity Compensation, with experience administering plan transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Solid Finance and Accounting skills, with the ability to understand journal entries, reconciliations, GAAP requirements, and the impact of equity plans on financial statements.
• Experience with Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs), including enrollment, purchases, and compliance with plan terms and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency with equity administration and financial systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain equity-related concepts to non-specialists.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and follow structured processes and internal controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; prior experience in stock plan administration or equity compensation is highly beneficial.
