Job summary

HANIKO ULTRA FOOD OPC in Quezon City, Metro Manila, seeks a detail‑oriented steward to support kitchen and service staff. You will keep stations stocked, assist in sanitation, and help maintain clean dining and work areas throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading and storing stock.
• Stock wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments.
• Clean grease strap.
• Inventory for cleaning materials.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The steward will attend to assist staff, ensure all stations are well stocked, and assist in keeping all areas clean and sanitary. You will clean and put away dishes, clean floors and food preparation areas, refill supplies, wipe tables, and take out the trash.

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Assist in cleaning and opening or closing tasks.
• 2. Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away.
• 3. Assisting with sweeping, mopping, and polishing the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.
• 4. Assisting with unloading and storing stock.
• 5. Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service.
