Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the Station Supervisor in operational requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operations including inventory, asset management, and office administration.
• Serve as a contact for customers for booking requests and walk-ins.
• Coordinate incoming shipments and daily dispatches.
• Support planning and tracking of shipments.
• Track the progress of shipments and logs.
• Recommend options and plans for logistical activities.
• Maintain documentation and logs for finalized orders.
• Work closely with Client Support Service team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Station Supervisor in operational requirement of the company
• Manage the day-to-day operations the SF Service Station from inventory, asset management, office administration and financial-handling protocols
• Serve as a contact of customers for booking request and walk-in
• Responsible for coordination incoming and daily dispatch of shipments
• Provide support in the planning and tracking of the shipment of finished orders.
• Tracking the progress of shipments
• Recommend options and plans for logistical activities
• Responsible for keeping appropriate documentation and logs to support all planned finalized orders
• Work closely with Client Support Service team
• Other duties that may be assigned
