Ecology Energy Corporation is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to oversee station operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with licenses and safety notices. You will prepare daily sales and fuel monitoring reports, handle cash, manage scheduling, and coordinate with Management for staffing decisions.
Strong Excel skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.
Supervises and manage the general operations in his/her station and directs the work of the other employees therein
Attends weekly meetings with the Management to tackle all matters and discuss problems and solutions concerning the station
Ensures that signages, certificates, permits and licenses and other information and safety notices are conspicuously posted within the station premises as required by the government agencies concerned.
Keeps originals and/or copies of government licenses and permits issued to the station and takes custody of all station copies of the employees’ records
Gives recommendations and suggestions to the Manger as to hiring and firing, promotion or any change of status of personnel in his/her station
Assists the Sales and Operations Manager in training interested station personnel
Prepares daily fuel/lubes monitoring reports and rechecks daily sales reports for submission to the company’s accounting department
Deposits the daily sales to the depository bank of the company
Prepares the payroll of the personnel he/she supervises
Monitors and acknowledges deliveries of fuels in the station
Ensures that all the physical equipment and facilities in the station are in good working condition, and reports to the Sales and Operations Manager any case of defect or technical problem
Refers to the Management erring personnel who are subject to disciplinary action
Adjusts work schedules on an individual basis for reasons of rest day, leave of absence, personal needs, etc.
Schedules and posts the schedule of weekly rest day of all the gasoline personnel by posting written notice conspicuously in the work place at least one week before it becomes effective.
Takes custody of the allotted petty cash for the station and makes weekly liquidation thereof
Reports directly to the Sales and Operations Manager
All other tasks that may be assigned to you relative to the performance of your duties and responsibilities.
Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, or gasoline station operations.
Experience in cash handling, sales monitoring, inventory, and basic report preparation is an advantage.
Good knowledge of basic administrative and station operations.
Strong leadership, supervisory, and decision‑making skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Honest, responsible, and trustworthy, particularly in handling cash and company property.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Willing to perform field/station‑related duties as required.
