Job summary

NNIT Philippines is seeking an experienced STARLIMS professional to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for our Laboratory Information Management System, ensuring system stability and responsiveness for R&D and plant users across global time zones.

You will maintain the STARLIMS core and SDMS, implement minor enhancements, and troubleshoot Python-based integration components, collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams while documenting issues and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting STARLIMS, ideally version 12.1.
• Experience with a customized STARLIMS environment.
• Proven L1/L2 technical support experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and document resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for STARLIMS, including troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues
• Support and maintain the STARLIMS core system and SDMS (Scientific Data Management System)
• Deliver minor to moderate enhancements and configuration changes as needed
• Support and troubleshoot integration layers, including Python-based components
• Collaborate with R&D and plant users across business areas to understand issues and prioritize requests
• Document issues, resolutions, and changes
