Job summary

Fabricator Phils., Inc. is seeking a Stamping Press Supervisor to oversee daily metal stamping production lines, ensuring safe, correct, and on-schedule delivery of parts.

The role focuses on assigning tasks, monitoring outputs, and coordinating with maintenance, QC and management. The ideal candidate holds a mechanical engineering background with at least five years in supervision in manufacturing, and demonstrates strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities to maintain product quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, Fabrication, Mechanical Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing company.
• Technical knowledge of metal stamping processes, press machinery and die set-ups.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager to assign daily tasks to press operators and hit output targets.
• Monitor defect rates and inspect finished stamped parts.
• Fix product consistency issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control and upper management.
