United Steel Technology (STEELTECH) Int'l Corporation in the Philippines seeks a skilled supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and production activities. You will assign tasks, monitor output, and ensure adherence to production plans.

The role requires a college degree and manufacturing/food industry experience, plus leadership, safety awareness, and strong communication. You will coordinate with multiple departments and uphold SOPs while driving improvements.

Qualifications

College graduate with relevant experience in manufacturing/food industry.
Experience in managing and leading people.
Knowledge in manufacturing, quality and safety awareness; hazard identification.
Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and time management.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead daily manufacturing and production activities.
Assign tasks based on production requirements.
Monitor production output, quality, manpower, and work schedules.
Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
Ensure employees follow SOPs and company policies.
Monitor product quality and address quality issues or abnormalities.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and other departments as needed.
Ensure proper handling, usage, and control of raw materials, supplies, and finished products.
