Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an Engineering Supervisor in Pasacao, Philippines to lead the Engineering Department, oversee projects from concept to completion, and drive continuous improvements in production quality and yield.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering on time within budget. You will mentor staff, manage plans, and report progress to management while supporting daily production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• At least 8 years of relevant engineering experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and project management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, including new model development and tooling.
• Plan, budget, schedule, and execute engineering activities.
• Analyze defects and implement yield improvement initiatives.
• Develop process controls to ensure stable production quality.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; report on KPIs and progress.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Research new technologies to improve quality and reduce costs.
