Job summary

The role requires engineering background and hands-on supervision with focus on process improvement and adherence to QMS standards such as IATF 16949/ISO. Strong coordination with production planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of molding process flow.
• General knowledge of quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO Standards.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and reviews the work activities of Foreman and Assistant Supervisor.
• Receives and disseminates work instructions and management memos.
• Reviews effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Reviews process improvement initiatives and results.
• Monitors monthly loading plan and production forecast.
