As a PM working on training, you’ll help set strategy, write specs, sit with customers running real tuning jobs, and work across our training, research, and inference teams to deliver real customer impact. You’ll tackle problems like growing self-serve training usage and making training easier and faster for enterprise

Qualifications

• 2–8+ years of product management experience on technical or developer-focused products.
• Strong CS/EE technical background or equivalent deep expertise.
• Familiar with post-training lifecycle: dataset curation, SFT, LoRA/PEFT, RL methods.
• Proven end-to-end ownership from strategy to launch and metrics.
• Excellent written communication for specs, posts, and customer explainers.
• Willingness to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, strategy, and success metrics for parts of the training product, across API, UI, and CLI.
• Work with AI-native startups and enterprises on real training workloads; unblock them and capture pain into product.
• Turn bespoke work into scalable, self-serve product; collaborate on pricing, docs, cookbooks, enablement.
