Job summary

Fireworks is seeking a Product Manager, Growth to lead growth and adoption across our platform. You will enhance how developers discover, call a model, and return to build workflows, covering signup, docs, API and pricing decisions.

You will collaborate with engineers, design, and marketing to optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, shaping the developer experience from first request to sustained usage.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and a track record of aligning engineers, designers, and go-to-market partners around a shared plan
• Thrives in ambiguous, extremely fast-paced environments, and can turn incomplete information into a clear next step
• Technical background, including Bachelor/Masters degree in CS

Responsibilities

• Build and run a roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Take features from ideas through launch across the product suite and own the developer moments that drive success.
• Analyze product metrics and use behavior to identify gaps and validate fixes.
• Work across engineers, marketing, design, and product to drive cross-functional execution.
• Spend time with developers to understand auth, model choice, latency, cost, and evals; translate insights back to the team.
• Drive execution across engineering, design, marketing, and product so growth shows up in the product.
