Responsibilities

• Source and track candidates through the hiring pipeline
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new staff
• Coordinate onsite training requirements
• Maintain accurate staff information records
• Regularly check in with stakeholders to understand needs and issues
• Manage IMS case process across quality and information security
• Prepare minutes of IMS meetings
• Update staff records and take action as needed
• Manage incident reporting and documentation
• Prepare and maintain an issue tracker and share updates
• Follow up on reported incidents and actions
• Prepare status reports and updates from staff input
• Distribute reports to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Ensure clear, consistent staffing and operational communication across teams
• Monitor project status, dependencies, milestones and ensure progress
