Job summary

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role coordinates end-to-end project activity, tracks dependencies, updates, and escalates issues to protect delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate staff records and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with recruitment to source and track candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new staff.
• Coordinate and manage onsite training requirements.
• Maintain accurate staff information records.
• Prepare status reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Distribute reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Identify risks, delays, blockers, and escalate appropriately.
• Track project status, dependencies and milestones to keep work visible.
