ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Staff Nurse - Inpatient Ward.

The role involves assisting in ward rounds, daily activities of patients, assessing health needs, monitoring vital signs, implementing care plans, and maintaining medical records. You will also educate patients and families about treatments and ensure adherence to nursing procedures. Eligible candidates hold a Diploma in Nursing with Singapore Nursing Board registration and are prepared to work in an inpatient ward

Requirement:
