As a Staff Nurse, Renal Ward, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to patients undergoing dialysis.

• Prepare patients and the required equipment for each dialysis session.

• Perform nursing procedures, including cannulation using sterile techniques.

• Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their safety throughout the dialysis treatment.

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment, self-care, and ways to improve health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment responses, and care provided.

• Adhere to nursing protocols, infection control standards and SOPs, while maintaining a clean and sterile treatment environment.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma qualification in Nursing course.

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Registration.

• Able to commit to shift work
