ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse (Surgery) to join our team. You will provide perioperative care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases and perform scrub and circulating duties in the operating theatre, while assisting anaesthetists as required.

• Ensure availability and preparation of anaesthetic drugs, instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.

• Maintain instrument sterility and uphold patient safety and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional learning to enhance clinical competencies.
• Perform other nursing and operational duties as assigned.

As a Senior Staff Nurse (Surgery), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide professional perioperative nursing care, including pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient assessment, monitoring, and safety checks.

• Perform scrub and circulating duties in the operating theatre while adhering to established clinical protocols, SOPs, and infection control guidelines.

• Assist anaesthetists during anaesthetic procedures and support anaesthesia-related nursing care where required.

• Ensure the availability and preparation of anaesthetic drugs, surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies for procedures.

• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and during post-operative recovery.

• Maintain instrument sterility and ensure compliance with patient safety and quality standards.

• Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities to enhance clinical competencies.

• Perform other nursing and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Nursing with valid registration from Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
