Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Staff Nurse for Community Day Care to deliver cost‑effective nursing care in a reputable community health setting in the Philippines.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate geriatric and dementia care, coordinate with the healthcare team, and support health promotion activities. The role requires a Diploma in Nursing and Singapore Nursing Board registration, with at least 3 years in inpatient/geriatric wards; Advanced Diploma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• At least 3 years of working experiences in inpatient / geriatric ward.
• Candidates who possesses Advanced Diploma is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost‑effective nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Complies with approved standards of nursing practices.
• Assess needs and deliver quality geriatric and dementia nursing care to clients.
• Perform pre‑assessment of new clients.
• Administer documents to be submitted to government body.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate clients' conditions.
• Monitor and assess clients' progression and implement care plan.
• Provide health promotion and counselling to clients and families.
• Perform nursing care including medication administration and wound dressing.
• Oversee and manage the performances of the nursing team or care staff.
• Coordinate, implement and monitor clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement.
• Perform CPR, AED and first aid to clients and play an active role in emergency situations.
• Assist and support delivery of health promotion activities in the Centre.
• Participates in infection control campaign activities.
• Participates in training and development of care staff.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by Senior Nurse Manager.

As a Staff Nurse, Community Day Care, you will be responsible for the following duties:
