Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. invites applications for an ICU Staff Nurse across multiple sites in Singapore. You will deliver critical care nursing, monitor patients, assist in procedures, and support emergency responses to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a Diploma in Nursing and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board. You will work within a collaborative healthcare team and participate in rotating shifts to cover 24/7 ICU services.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma qualification in Nursing.
• Registered Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and close monitoring to critically ill patients.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures, examinations, and emergency situations.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, and report any changes promptly.
• Support doctors during emergency or unusual situations to ensure proper patient care.
• Operate and maintain respiratory and cardiopulmonary support equipment.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed guidelines.
• Educate patients and family members on treatment plans and patient care.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow hospital safety and infection control protocols.
• Work closely with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management as required.
