Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking a Staff Accountant to support month-end close, consolidation, and intercompany activities. The role collaborates with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and HR and requires hands-on accounting experience in a global context.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with CPA preferred, 3+ years in accounting, and experience with Oracle/SAP, Hyperion, or OneStream, plus strong Excel and communication skills. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA or CPA equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Consolidation experience at a large multinational is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP, Hyperion and/or OneStream; strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close and consolidation, incl. cash, prepaids, fixed assets, leases, accruals/reserves, debt, allocations, insurance, and equity.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement analytics.
• Drive process improvements to shorten close cycles via SOPs and technology.
• Support internal controls assessments and ensure design/operating effectiveness.
• Provide SEC reporting support (rollforwards, schedules) as needed.
• Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit.
