Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA or CPA equivalent is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Consolidation experience at a large multinational company is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP, Hyperion and/or OneStream; strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• US GAAP knowledge and background is required.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close and consolidation process, including numerous accounting areas.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations and financial analytics.
• Drive process improvements to shorten close cycles using tech and SOPs.
• Support internal control assessments and maintain effective controls.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies.
• Provide SEC reporting support as needed and assist auditors.
