Job summary

Concentrix Experts Colombia S.A.S. in Makati City, Philippines is seeking a Sr. Technical Representative IT Ops (TCF) to provide basic system-level support of a multi-user operating environment, including hardware and software tools installation, configuration, maintenance and support.

This role requires fundamental troubleshooting of desktops, phones and related peripherals. The position focuses on coordinating with engineering teams, performing routine telephony tasks, hardware/software

Qualifications

• Basic system-level support for multi-user environments.
• Able to perform hardware and software upgrades.
• Familiar with antivirus definitions and patch management.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate as smart hands with different portfolio and engineering workgroups.
• Provide basic telephony support in performing installation and troubleshooting on telephone sets and voice mailboxes.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment.
• Attend to break/fix engagement as required by Situation Management for technology related problems and issues received from both internal and external clients.
• Prepare, maintain and submit reports and applicable records of computer hardware and software inventory by site and system.
• Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment.
• Perform checks and ensure that antivirus definition, Microsoft patches are updated as outlined by Desktop Engineering.
• Performs backup for the onsite servers.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports.

The Technical Representative, IT Operations (TCF) works under general direction, provides basic system-level support of a multi-user operating system, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance and support of these systems.
