Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 3 years experience in Engineering/Other Technical Positions.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Assembly Processes, Process sheets, work instructions creation, or assembly manuals.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with modelled engineering data and config control through a PLM system.
• Understanding of materials & tolerances of components and assemblies.
• STEM background with minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Proficient in Project management and excellent presentation skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of test systems, quality tools, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Knowledgeable on primary functions like New Product Introduction, Configuration, Process Improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience, Engineering/Other Technical Positions

At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role

Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Assembly Processes, Process sheets, work instructions creation, or assembly manuals.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment with modelled engineering data and configuration control through a PLM system.

Understanding of materials & tolerances of components and assemblies.

In Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

Proficient in Project management and excellent presentation skills.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Knowledge of test systems, quality tools, and root cause analysis methodologies.

Knowledgeable on primary functions like New Product Introduction, Configuration, Process Improvement
