Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a driven on-site Sales Executive in Parañaque, Manila to acquire and onboard corporate users for our on-demand delivery platform. You will lead outbound efforts, negotiate contracts with local partners, and prepare essential sales documents to ensure smooth transactions and mutual growth.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years in telesales, and strong CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales). Willingness to work on-site at PITX is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in telesales from any industry.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales).

Responsibilities

• Acquire aggressively and onboard corporate users with a healthy pipeline of leads.
• Sells on-demand delivery solutions via outbound lead generation.
• Lead contract negotiations to establish strong partnerships with local partners.
• Prepare sales documents such as quotations, POs, invoices, packing lists, delivery docs and payment settlements.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide solutions.
• Monitor internal processes, administrative activities and weekly reports.

What you'll do:

• Acquire aggressively and onboard corporate users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and prepare the proposals and quotation for clients.
• Sells the on-demand delivery solutions of the company through outbound lead generation efforts.
• Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
• Assist to prepare sales documents such as quotations, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing list, delivery documents and payment settlement/refund.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions to the customers.
• Monitoring of internal practices and processes, administrative activities and weekly reports

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• At least two (2) years of experience in Telesales functions from any industry.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales
• Must be willing to work on-site in Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and do fieldwork activities at times
