You will lead a team, collaborate on product campaigns, and oversee end-to-end customer acquisition while ensuring regulatory compliance and high conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail sales or related fields.
• Strong experience in dynamic product management and marketing strategies.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Channel Team to hit monthly and annual targets, driving growth in acquisition and activation of revolving products.
• Collaborate with CRM for product development, campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans across branch, mall-based, and on-field channels.
• Monitor key sales metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize targeting.
• Coach sales personnel to improve productivity, product knowledge, and conversion rates.
• Work with Sales Network to grow co-brand credit card business while managing risk and compliance.
• Conduct regular POS visits to oversee operations and identify performance improvements.
• Oversee end-to-end customer acquisition, from lead gen to activation, improving customer experience.

The objective of this role is to effectively lead and manage the sales performance of all revolving products – Qwarta, Credit Card and others.

What You Will Do

• Lead the Sales Channel Team to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets, consistently driving growth in acquisition, as well as activation and usage of all revolving products.
• Collaborate with CRM team for product development, improvement, rolling out campaigns, marketing promotions, and incentive programs that aims to improve sales performance.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans across multiple channels, including branch, mall-based, and on-field.
• Reporting and monitoring of key sales performance metrics (take up rate, signed card, activation, usage rates) and implemented data-driven improvements.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize client targeting, and improve acquisition.
• Coaching to all relevant sales personnel to enhance productivity, product knowledge, and conversion rates.
• Work closely with Sales Network team in devising sales and marketing strategy to ensure that co-brand credit card business is growing.
• Ensure compliance with risk, internal policies and regulatory requirements, to maintain high standards of selling while minimizing fraud and delinquencies.
• Conduct regular POS visits to oversee operations and determine performance improvements, issues and other concerns.
• Manage the end-to-end customer acquisition processes, from lead generation to card activation, improving overall customer experience.

What You Need To Have

• At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, account management or other related fields
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role and delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy (MS office especially Excel, PPT, Outlook and Teams)
