Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is expanding its field sales team to proactively promote the HC Credit Card and other key products at partner stores and sites. You will approach customers in-store, explain card features and rewards, and guide them through the application process for consumer finance products.

The role values a high school diploma, with no experience required but prior sales or frontline work is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate (Grade 10 or vocational) preferred.
• No prior work experience required, but sales/frontline/field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• FIELD WORK: proactively sell and promote HC Credit Card and other key products.
• Maintain a positive image of Home Credit at partner stores and sites.
• Approach potential clients in-store and offer HC Credit Card.
• Explain features and rewards of HC Credit Card clearly to customers.
• Assist customers with application for consumer finance products and collect information.
• Keep documentation and equipment organized and ensure HC Kiosk is presentable.

Job description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
