Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is hiring a Project Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of aerospace projects. You will plan, design, develop, test, and implement complex systems, coordinating with program management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and design engineering to meet objectives.

You will develop and maintain plans, schedules, and budgets, monitor progress, identify risks, and deliver status reports to stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 4–5+ years in project engineering or related technical roles.
• Knowledge of engineering development, manufacturing processes, and aerospace systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, design, development, testing and implementation.
• Coordinate with program management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and design engineering to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets ensuring on-time delivery within cost targets.
• Monitor schedule, cost and technical deliverables to track progress.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or issues.

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, design, development, testing, and implementation.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as program management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and design engineering to ensure project objectives are achieved.


• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost targets.


• Monitor project progress and performance, including schedule, cost, and technical deliverables.


• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or technical issues.


• Prepare reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.


• Manage project documentation, proposals, and work statements as required for program execution.


• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations (EHS).


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve engineering processes and project outcomes.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field).


• 4–5+ years of experience in project engineering, project management, or similar technical roles.


• Knowledge of engineering development, manufacturing processes, and aerospace systems.


• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with software such as Primavera, Siemens NX, Solidworks and Microsoft Office (ie. MS Project)


• Proven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices


• Courage to explore new ideas, learn new technologies, a proactive desire to learn


• Passion for technology and creative mindset


• PMP or ACP certified is a plus.
