Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a key part of the Collins Aerospace family, is seeking a Manufacturing Cost Analyst onsite in the Philippines to monitor and optimize total manufacturing costs. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production to drive cost performance and provide data-driven insights for budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, cost accounting, financial analysis, or industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP ERP.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of management.

Track manufacturing KPIs such as labor efficiency, material utilization, scrap, rework, and productivity. Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities. Conduct root-cause analysis of cost variances and recommend corrective actions. Validate cost assumptions for new products, process changes, and capital investments. Ensure accurate cost allocation and compliance with company financial policies. Prepare management presentations and recommendations related to manufacturing cost performance.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, cost accounting, financial analysis, or industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal customers and all levels of management.
