Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, seeks Stores/Shipping/Receiving Technicians for the Tanauan/Batangas area to manage receiving, storage, and issuance of materials. You will perform ERP-based cycle counts, issue against work orders, and ensure inventory accuracy across the warehouse.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, coordinating unloading/loading, and ensuring safety and EHS compliance. Experience in warehousing and forklift operation is valued.

Qualifications

• Vocational or 2-year college is required.
• 1 to 4 years of warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of cycle count and ERP/Barcode processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper warehousing procedures are implemented in recording, storage, and inventory control.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and control.
• Receive finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials; check conformance to specifications.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain control of stock in ERP; manage excess stock.
• Accurate issuance of parts and materials versus Work Orders.
• Ensure proper rotation, storage and issuance of materials/components.
• Coordinate unloading and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Handle and issue chemical products and raw materials.
• Prepare receiving reports for deliveries of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate loading of finished goods for shipment.
• Regularly inspect warehouse premises for security and condition of stored materials.
• Safeguard inventory against breakage, loss, or pilferage.
• Maintain stock cards and inventory records; encode transactions in real-time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the people leader; adhere to EHS practices.

Stores/Shipping/Receiving Technicians responsible for receiving, safe storage and issuance of all items from/to supplier or customers including conduct of physical count and monitoring of production material status. Should be capable of multiple warehouse operations tasks, can do ERP system bookings and cycle count.

Level of Work:

• Ensure proper implementation of good warehousing procedures in recording, storage, and inventory control.
• Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and controlled.
• Receive finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials deliveries and checks conformance to specifications regarding physical attributes.
• Perform inventory count, maintains control and accounts for all stock on hand. Management of excess stock physically and on the ERP system in line with accounts procedures, maintaining ERP stock accuracy.
• Accurate issuance of parts and materials versus Work Orders
• Ensure proper rotation, storage and issuance of materials/components.
• Coordinate and assist in the unloading and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Perform handling and issuance of chemical products and raw materials.
• Prepare receiving reports of accepted deliveries of raw materials and supplies.
• Coordinate and assist in the loading of finished goods for shipment.
• Conduct regular inspection of the warehouse premises to check security and condition of materials stored therein.
• Safeguard inventory against breakage or other damage and loss on account of pilferage.
• Maintain and update stock cards and inventory records; Prepares periodic reports on inventory balances; encodes transactions on real-time basis to ensure real-time inventory.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the position and other tasks that may be assigned by the people leader.
• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Requirements:

• Must have completed at least a Vocational or 2-year College or a combination of education and work experience.
• 1 to 4 years experience in warehousing.
• Working knowledge in any of the warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, stockroom)
• Knowledge in cycle count
• Experienced forklift operators with NCII license a plus
• Working knowledge of ERP System/Barcode process
