Job summary

What You Will Do

Qualifications

• Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and inventory management tools.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan With at least a year in his/her current position.
