Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Sr Manager - Reporting and Analytics to lead reporting, analytics, and workforce planning functions. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of performance and executive reports, ensure data integrity, and provide advanced insights.

You will partner with stakeholders to create customized reporting solutions and KPIs, drive automation, and lead workforce planning initiatives across sites. Strong leadership and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years in reporting, analytics, and workforce management.
• At least 2 years in a senior management or leadership role, preferably multi-site or regional operations.
• Proven track record of building and scaling reporting/analytics frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong exposure to workforce organization, capacity planning, and operational alignment.
• Technical skills in reporting/analytics tools and automation.
