Sutherland is seeking a Sr Manager - Reporting to lead reporting, analytics, and workforce planning for multiple sites in Hyderabad and Clark. Role focuses on data-driven strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and driving efficiency in reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in analytics and leadership, with strong SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and workforce management experience, capable of guiding a diverse team and aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in reporting, analytics, and workforce management.
• 2+ years in a senior management or leadership role across multi-site operations.
• Proven track record building and scaling reporting/analytics frameworks.
• Strong exposure to workforce organization and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Google Data Studio.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships with clients and team members; resolve issues and meet expectations.
• Produce strategies based on data reports and analysis to improve outcomes.
• Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
