Position Title: Senior Manager Events Experience & Logistics

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose

The Senior Manager Events, Experience & Logistics will lead the end-to-end planning, production, guest experience, and operational logistics for all major corporate events, resort activations, high-profile launches, luxury hospitality gatherings, and internal milestone celebrations across Della Group verticals. This role bridges creative experience design with ground-level execution, production management, and high-volume logistics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Strategy & Experience Planning

• Oversee conceptualization, layout design, and program flow for corporate events, product launches, HOD meets, anniversary galas, and VIP activations.
• Translate leadership vision into detailed event master plans, timelines, production deliverables, and run-of-shows.
• Curate guest touchpoints and experiential elements ensuring signature Della luxury standards.

2. Logistics, Infrastructure & On-Site Operations

• Drive ground-level execution, site management, staging, audiovisual setups, production, lighting, and décor installation.
• Manage end-to-end movement, transport, accommodations, and itinerary schedules for executives, VIP guests, performers, and event crews between Mumbai and resort locations.
• Coordinate staging, seating arrangements, catering (F&B), and crowd management flow during live events.

3. Vendor & Budget Management

• Source, negotiate, and onboard external event agencies, fabrication teams, sound/AV vendors, artists, and logistics providers.
• Prepare and manage detailed event budgets, track operational costs, and drive procurement efficiency.
• Oversee vendor SLAs, contract compliance, safety standards, and post-event billing reconciliations.

Job Expectations

4. Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, HR, Resort Operations, F&B, and Facilities to align event requirements.
• Interface directly with the CMD’s secretariat and executive leadership for event approvals, briefing documents, and real-time updates.

Core Skills:

• Exceptional project management, spatial/logistical planning, and budget management skills.
• High proficiency in vendor negotiation, contract oversight, and technical event production (lighting, sound, staging).
• Strong crisis management ability, staying calm under pressure during high-stakes live events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Qualification

6 -10 years

Minimum Job Experience: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
