Della Group seeks a Senior Manager – Events, Experience & Logistics to lead end-to-end planning, production, guest experience, and operations for corporate events, resort activations, luxury launches, and internal milestones across its verticals.

The role blends creative experience design with hands-on execution, requiring strong project, budget, vendor, and stakeholder management, plus cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, HR, and Facilities.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in events and hospitality management.
• Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Event Management or related field.
• Experience coordinating corporate events, product launches, VIP activations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event strategy, design master plans, timelines, and run-of-shows.
• Manage on-site operations: staging, AV, lighting, décor, catering, logistics.
• Source and manage vendors, budgets, contracts, SLAs, and post-event billing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Resort Operations, and Facilities for alignment.
