Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Engineering and 6+ years in a Quality Department for electronics/semiconductor high-volume manufacturing.
• Familiar with customer requirements and capable of handling customer claims and feedback.
• Deep knowledge of quality process control procedures and applicable legal standards.
• Strong data analysis skills including statistical methods.
• Experienced in root cause analysis, problem solving, FMEA and risk analysis.
• Knowledge of automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP and APQP is an advantage.
• Project management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

B.S. in Engineering (ECE/ Chemical/ Manufacturing/ Electrical/ Mechanical)

Job description

• B.S. in Engineering, preferably ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical degree

• With more than 6 years of experience in the Quality Department as customer Engineering preferably in electronics/semiconductor high-volume manufacturing.

• Familiarization with customer requirements

• Ability to effectively handle internal & external customer claims/feedback

• In-depth knowledge of quality process control procedures and legal standards. Strong

• knowledge of data analysis, and statistical methods.

• Well-versed in Rootcause Analysis, Problem Solving, FMEA and Risk Analysis

• Knowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantage

• Project Management experience is an advantage

• Excellent communication and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail, observation skills.

9. Ensure action plan are being carried out in relation to corrective and preventive measures committed and reported in DPR, WSR, MOR and other reports that maybe required from time to time.
10. Support the environmental safety and health program of the company.
11. Performs interviews, coaching, orientation and performance appraisals in relation to hiring, selection and development of human resources.
12. Coordinates with all other departments, to assure that adequate and timely support and resources are provided.
13. Holds quality learning sessions and trainings across a multi-functional group.
14. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
