Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in a related field (ECE, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• 3+ years of quality experience in electronics/semiconductors/manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen quality controls and prevent quality issues against CSRs.
• Investigate customer claims, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up.
• Apply quality management tools and problem-solving methodologies to manufacturing.

Job description

• Graduate of engineering, preferably in ECE, electrical, mechanical, chemical, manufacturing, or a related field.

The work experience:

• With atleast 3 years of experience in quality, preferably in electronics, semiconductor, or high-volume manufacturing.
• With atleast 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Technical Competence:

• Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of customer-specific requirements (CSRs).
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen quality controls, and lead the Quality team in preventing quality issues and reducing overall quality risks.
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve customer claims, including investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action, and follow-up.
• Knowledgeable in quality management tools and problem-solving applicable methodologies to manufacturing operations.
